After saving up money and researching/reading reviews of the lens, I finally took the plunge and bought one. It is just delightful. Amazing picture quality and I am still getting to grips with the potential that the lens has. It is a significant improvement over the stock lens with the drawback of not being able to zoom. But I read somewhere a really intelligent comment saying ''Zoom with your feet'' and that's what I will do :)

So...I got a dSLR finally after researching and thinking about getting one for ages. I am still learning how to get the most out of it and will be putting up new pictures regularly from now on. Hope you guys enjoy them and don't be shy to leave comments :) Peace
